Connectlytix, the provider of this WiFi service, stores your personal data when you login, either manually or through a Social Network platform (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). The extent of data retained includes solely that data which is entered upon login using a manual form or basic personal data as provided to Connectlytix by a Social Network, such as name, email, gender, birthday, etc. Connectlytix does not mine other sites and resources for extended personal data beyond that.
The data collected is used for the purpose of compiling analytics by which Connectlytix can improve services to you, the consumer. It may be used by the venue where you have accessed the WiFi service to offer services or special promotions being made available by the venue or its vendors. It is not used for any other purpose than those stated. It is not made available to third party entities beyond those noted above.
If you are not in agreement with your personal data being used as stated above, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from the Connectlytix database. Before making this request there are some stipulations that must be understood, the circumstances by which this request will be fulfilled.
- If you have visited multiple venues that offer WiFi service by Connectlytix, your data from all venues will be deleted.
- For any future logins to the WiFi service for this venue or any other venues offering WiFi service provided by Connectlytix, you may be required to verify your email as a valid email each time you log in.
- After having your personal data deleted, should you use Connectlytix WiFi services again, you will need to newly request the deletion of your personal data to keep it deleted.
- Connectlytix is not responsible for tracking those individuals who have requested to have their personal data removed, as the means to track them would violate the agreement to have the data deleted.
- Connectlytix is not responsible for personal data stored by some other entity, such as Facebook, etc. To have personal data deleted from other entities, you must make that request to each entity concerned.
If you decide to request deletion of your personal data, when you submit your email address, you will be sent an email from NeutralConnect for verification that it was, in fact, the owner of the email address that requested deletion.
